Your booking information is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider that stores data on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). Access is restricted to EV Exec only.

We retain booking records for up to 2 years for operational and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. our secure database provider), who are bound by strict data processing agreements
• Where we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority

No personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.

Our website uses only essential session storage to improve your experience (for example, to prevent accidental duplicate form submissions). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
