Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with EV Exec. By requesting or confirming a booking, you agree to the following conditions. Please read them before travelling with us.

About EV Exec
EV Exec is a sole trader providing premium airport transfer services, operating from Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. We are fully licensed, insured and enhanced DBS checked.
All bookings are made directly with EV Exec and are subject to the terms set out on this page.

Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your booking is only confirmed once EV Exec has acknowledged it and provided written or verbal confirmation (by WhatsApp, phone call or email).
Please ensure all journey details you provide — including pickup address, destination, travel date and time — are accurate. EV Exec is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of booking.
We recommend booking as early as possible. We operate a single vehicle and availability is limited. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have not received a confirmation within a reasonable time of submitting your request, please contact us directly to check availability before assuming your booking is confirmed.

Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted by EV Exec are fixed and all-inclusive. Our standard rates apply to journeys from the Blackpool and Fylde Coast area and cover:
- Up to 4 passengers
- Standard luggage (see Section 6)
- Live flight monitoring on all inbound transfers
- Airport drop-off or pick-up fees where applicable
- All fuel and running costs
For journeys originating outside the standard coverage area, a separate quote will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Additional charges may apply for excessive luggage, extended waiting times beyond those specified, or out-of-area pickups.
Payment is accepted in cash on the day of travel, by bank transfer, or by any other method agreed at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be requested in advance for long-distance or high-value bookings.
Prices shown on our website are indicative. The confirmed price for your journey will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours before departure — Full refund or free rescheduling, with no charge
- Between 2 and 24 hours before departure — 50% of the agreed fare may be charged to cover driver preparation and vehicle costs
- Less than 2 hours before departure or no-show — The full fare is payable
To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp on 07721 070370.
EV Exec reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (such as a vehicle breakdown, medical emergency or severe weather). In such cases, a full refund will be issued and we will make every reasonable effort to notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Passengers
Our Tesla Model Y can accommodate up to 4 passengers per journey. All passengers must wear a seatbelt at all times during travel, as required by UK law.
Children must be accommodated in accordance with UK child car seat regulations. If you are travelling with young children who require a child or booster seat, please inform us at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made where possible.
EV Exec reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who:
- Is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and poses a risk to themselves, the driver or the vehicle
- Is behaving in an aggressive, abusive or threatening manner
- Would cause the vehicle to exceed its legal passenger or weight capacity
In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

Luggage
Our standard fare includes a reasonable amount of luggage suitable for air travel — typically up to 4 medium to large suitcases alongside cabin bags, depending on passenger numbers.
If you are travelling with excessive, oversized or unusual items (such as sports equipment, pushchairs or very large cases), please advise us at the time of booking so we can confirm availability and whether any additional charge applies.
Our driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage as a standard part of our service. However, EV Exec is not liable for any damage to, or loss of, luggage during transit. Passengers are advised to ensure valuable or fragile items are adequately insured.

Flight Monitoring & Delays
Live flight monitoring is included as standard on all inbound (From Airport) transfers. We track your incoming flight in real time and adjust your pickup accordingly — so you are never left waiting if your flight is early or delayed.
For outbound (To Airport) journeys, we work to ensure you are collected with sufficient time to reach your departure terminal. However, EV Exec cannot be held responsible for missed flights caused by:
- Traffic, road closures or accidents beyond our control
- The passenger not being ready at the agreed pickup time
- Incorrect departure information provided at the time of booking
- Exceptional or unforeseeable circumstances
We always recommend allowing adequate time before your flight. EV Exec will advise on suitable departure times, but the passenger is ultimately responsible for allowing appropriate time for check-in, security and boarding.
If your flight is significantly delayed on an inbound transfer, EV Exec will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the revised schedule. Extended waiting beyond a reasonable period may incur an additional charge, which will be agreed with you in advance.

Driver & Timing
Our driver will arrive at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time, or earlier. On inbound airport transfers, the driver will be present at the agreed meeting point as soon as reasonably possible after your flight has landed and you have cleared customs and baggage reclaim.
Please ensure you are ready at your pickup location at the agreed time. If you are not ready within 15 minutes of the agreed time and have not contacted us, EV Exec may treat the journey as a no-show. Please call or message us if you are running late.
EV Exec drivers will not use handheld mobile phones while driving in accordance with UK law. Communications from the driver will be made when safely parked or via a hands-free device only.

Liability
EV Exec holds full public liability and hire & reward insurance covering all passengers during transit. In the event of an incident during your journey, please inform the driver immediately.
EV Exec is not liable for:
- Losses caused by delays or cancellations beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road incidents, extreme weather or third-party failures
- Missed flights, connections or hotel check-ins where EV Exec has fulfilled the agreed booking in good faith
- Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings or luggage during transit
- Any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of our service
Our total liability to any customer is limited to the value of the fare paid for the journey in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Vehicle & Service Standards
EV Exec operates a Tesla Model Y, which is fully licensed, insured and maintained to a high standard. The vehicle is presented clean and immaculate for every booking.
Passengers must not:
- Smoke or vape inside the vehicle
- Consume food or open drinks without prior agreement with the driver
- Damage, mark or soil the vehicle interior in any way
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger during transit will be charged at the cost of repair or professional valeting, as appropriate. EV Exec reserves the right to recover such costs in full.

Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a booking with EV Exec will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms
EV Exec reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Any booking confirmed after an update takes effect will be subject to the revised terms.
