Before you book: cancellations
Free more than 48 hours before pickup. 25% of the fare from 48 hours before, 50% from 24 hours before, and the full fare from 2 hours before, once the driver has set off, or if no one is there to be picked up. If someone you booked for cancels, it counts as your cancellation. Changing flight details or the passenger's name is free. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
